Yogic Studies, 2-month – English medium

For national and overseas applicants

- 1st November to 31st December 2025

In the two-month Yogic Studies, classroom teaching and full immersion in all ashram life activities are the two pillars of experience, complemented by self-study. Students are encouraged to apply the teaching throughout the day and learn to live a yogic lifestyle moment to moment. The certificate issued is of attendance and participation, and not a teacher certificate. These two months offer a glimpse of how to live with health, happiness and harmony in all circumstance, and make yoga part of one’s everyday life.
