Bihar School of Yoga is pleased to present the following Apps to make the classical yoga vidya readily available in the digital age, for the benefit and upliftment of sincere seekers and practitioners.
These apps are presented with the hope and prayer that aspirants will be inspired to integrate the various aspects of yoga into their lives and continue to move forward on their personal journey of evolution.
Bihar School of Yoga is honoured to present this FFH app for the Frontline Heroes who are active in the fight against the Coronavirus around the globe.
The simple yoga practices introduced are designed to alleviate physical, psychological and emotional tension, and to help manage stress caused by the pandemic on the work and home fronts.
Inspired by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, this app is free of charge and given as prasad for the health and welfare of all.

This App provides clear illustrations and step-by-step directions to the asana and pranayama practices.

Yogavidya is a monthly magazine in Hindi compiled, composed and published by the sannyasin disciples of Sri Swami Satyananda Saraswati, for the benefit of all people who seek health, happiness and enlightenment. It contains teachings and inspiration from the masters of our tradition, as well as information about the activities of Bihar School of Yoga, Bihar Yoga Bharati, Yoga Publications Trust and Yoga Research Fellowship.

It is with great happiness that Bihar School of Yoga and Yoga Publications Trust present Satyam Yoga Prasad for the digital age, in which all publications are available online as guru prasad for the benefit of all, in continuation of the jnana yajna of the tradition.
