The theme of the training Total Health Yoga Capsule is to develop Health, Happiness and Harmony, which are the basic requirements for one’s overall wellbeing in daily life. The Yoga Capsule is for those who are in good health and who wish further enhance their health and also the quality of their life. Along with yoga practices, guidelines for lifestyle adjustments are given so that a new attitude and understanding may lead to the ability to live life in a more balanced and fulfilling manner.
Bihar School of Yoga designed the program Pranayama Breathe for Healthy Lungs to encourage participants to improve the quality of their breathing. In this training, awareness of various breathing patterns is developed and the importance of correct breathing for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is emphasized. Basic practices and an in-depth understanding of breath, prana and general health are provided along with lifestyle adjustments.
